The Women Behind Soulitude
Soulitude was born from a shared belief that yoga can be so much more than a physical practice.
While our journeys into yoga were different, we discovered its power during times when we were searching for something deeper -
greater calm, greater understanding, and a stronger connection to ourselves.
Over the years, yoga has become much more than movement. It has become a way of navigating life. A practice that supports not only physical wellbeing, but also emotional resilience, self-awareness, reflection, and inner peace.
Together, we bring a blend of experience, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping people reconnect with themselves.
Our teaching combines traditional yoga practices with a modern understanding of wellbeing, creating spaces that feel welcoming, grounding, and accessible to all.
At the heart of Soulitude is a simple intention:
To create spaces where people can slow down, breathe, reflect, and return to themselves.
Whether through movement, mindfulness, conversation, workshops, or future retreats, our hope is that everyone who comes into contact with Soulitude leaves feeling more connected, more aware, and more at home within themselves.
