Community
Wellbeing
At Soulitude, we believe that mental health and wellbeing should never be a privilege.
We work alongside underserved and underrepresented communities to offer meaningful, inclusive, and culturally sensitive support.
Our community work is grounded in dignity, accessibility, and real-life impact:
creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Our Community Projects
Soulitude partners with communities to co-create programmes that feel relevant, respectful, and truly supportive. Below are two of our core community wellbeing projects.
Brown Girl Empowerment
Project 01
The Brown Girl Empowerment Project is a supportive mindset and wellbeing programme for young girls and young women from South Asian and similar cultural backgrounds, approximately ages 11–21. The programme creates a safe, gentle space to explore identity, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life challenges.
Project 02
Addictions & Recovery Project
Our Addictions & Recovery Project is a community-based recovery support programme for individuals experiencing addiction or substance-related challenges. Drawing on over 20 years of professional experience in addiction and recovery, we support people at different stages of their journey - from early concern through to longer-term, sustainable recovery.
Partner With Us in Community Wellbeing
Soulitude is committed to bridging the gap in access to high-quality wellbeing support. We work with community groups, grassroots organisations, charities, and local partners to create safe, inclusive spaces for growth and healing. If you are interested in collaborating, commissioning a programme, or bringing support into your community, we would love to hear from you.
